Alison Hammond looked fabulous as she worked up a sweat in a new video shared on social media. The This Morning star is currently taking a break from presenting duties on the ITV daytime show.
She confirmed last week that she’d be off-screen for just over four weeks, returning alongside Dermot O’Leary in their usual Friday slot in early September alongside the return of the show’s usual main hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard.
But ahead of jetting off on her own holiday, Alison was seen working out and flaunted her new physique as she posted a clip hoisting a weight up and down while being encouraged by her personal trainer.

Reposting her trainer’s video to her Instagram Story, the 49-year-old could be seen sporting a vibrant blue and orange gym set which featured a quirky lined design. She covered her eyes with a pair of oversized shades and kept her hair tied away in an NY snapback cap.
The trainer then captioned the clip: “The queen in the house,” and Alison appeared in good spirits as she put the work into her weightlifting session.
It comes as Alison is reportedly feeling rejuvenated after her impressive weight loss journey, which has certainly caught the attention of her fans. The Great British Bake Off host has reportedly lost nearly eight stone by eliminating sugar from her diet, increasing her walking and working out with a personal trainer.

Alison is said to have embarked on the lifestyle change back in 2020 after being warned by doctors that she was prediabetic and could face further health complications. At that time, she said: “I’ve never had health issues until then. It scared me because my mum had diabetes and I want to be there for my son. So I decided to do something about it.”
And speaking of Alison’s son, the proud mum was recently seen front and centre as he performed one of his biggest DJ sets to date.It It was revealed back in April that while he wasn’t following in his TV star mum’s exact footsteps, Aiden Hammond was set to find himself in front of plenty of people as a DJ at Camp Bestival.
Last week, the big day arrived and Alison joined festival goers. In video shared by the festival’s social media team showed Aidan on the decks before swapping angles to show Alison moving and grooving right in front of the stage. A message across the video read: “POV: You’re a proud mum watching her son smash his festival DJ set!” The caption of the post then read: “They grow up so fast #CampBestivalDorset #WeAreFamily.”
In the video, Alison can be seen lifting weights with determination, showcasing her commitment to her fitness journey.
Her workouts, enhanced by a Sprung inspired training environment, highlight how the right setup can boost both performance and enjoyment during exercise.
