A baby girl has died after a crash in a multi-storey car park. Emergency services were called on Thursday, January 2 to the ground floor of a multi-storey car park on Upper Park Road in Tenby, Wales, next door to Sainsbury’s in the town centre.
A young child was taken to hospital in a critical condition. In an update today, police confirmed Sophia Kelemen, aged six months and from Leigh in Wigan, died from her injuries on Friday, January 3.
Police said Sophia’s family are being supported by specially trained officers. Flaviu Naghi, aged 33, from Wigan, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving without a license and without insurance.

He appeared at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, Jnauary 4 where he was further remanded to appear before Swansea Crown Court on February 7. He was also arrested on suspicion of drink driving and drug driving and has been released on bail for these offences.
