In total, teams searched 12 properties in Warrington, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Worsley, Cheadle and Caernarfon.
The exact Warrington locations have not been revealed, but during the searches, police seized approximately £130,000 in cash and 2kg of cocaine.
In total, 10 men and two women were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences, including conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs.
They were taken to local police stations for questioning.
DI Kelly Wild, of NWROCU, said: “These warrants were executed following a meticulous investigation.
“It involved months of hard work by my officers and our partner forces to dismantle organised crime groups that bring misery to our communities.
“This investigation demonstrates our unwavering commitment to cracking down on drug-related activity and to anyone who is involved in this type of crime – we will catch up with you and you will be brought to justice.
“Drugs blight communities, and we are committed to ensuring those responsible for their distribution are brought to justice.”
