EastEnders fans have been left fearing Bianca Jackson’s (played by Patsy Palmer) health is about to seriously deteriorate after weeks in captivity by Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
Killer accountant Reiss has been holding her hostage in a lock-up since November after she uncovered evidence that proved he murdered his comatose wife Debbie in a care home last year. Reiss’ reign of terror began when he smothered Debbie to ease his financial woes after draining her back account to fund Sonia Fowler’s Natalie Cassidy) IVF treatment.
Pregnant Sonia was arrested for Debbie’s murder and has since been held in prison on remand as the court trial arrives. Soap fans saw Reiss pay Sonia a visit in prison before her court appearance on Monday (January 13), where she lamented the fact she had not heard from her sister Bianca since her plea hearing.
She made clear to her fiancé that she hoped to see Bianca in court to support her, but as Sonia later took to the stand, she was disappointed to see both Bianca and Reiss were not there.

Reiss was then seen paying Bianca a visit in the storage unit, where she has been residing since November. Bianca looked dishevelled as she remained chained to a wall with nothing but old video tapes to keep her company.
On Wednesday (January 15), Bianca was treated to pie and mash by Reiss and she surprisingly asked him to join her for dinner after she has been surviving on noodles and biscuits, which he agreed.
Before Reiss left the lock-up, Bianca pretended to have agonising stomach pains and begged him to her to the hospital but he ignored her pleas.
However, EastEnders fans have been pointing out health difficulties Bianca is about to experience due to the lack of movement, sunlight and nutritious food, and hinted she could be in grave danger.

Taking to X, one eagle-eyed viewer explained: “#EastEnders more important than Bianca’s toilet arrangements are muscle wasting and vitamin deficiencies she will have after 3 months tied up in a warehouse being fed biscuits by Reiss. Although I expect the scriptwriters will have Bianca doing the Marathon upon her escape.”
A second added: “Bianca’s not seen any natural sunlight for like 2 months now. She’d be a lot more ****** than the way she was looking there! #EastEnders.”
A third chimed in: “Wouldn’t Bianca be seriously ill after 3m in a lock up? #EastEnders.” “Is Bianca really sick ? #EastEnders”, asked another.
EastEnders airs Monday – Thursday at 7:30pm on BBC One and iPlayer
