EastEnders will welcome the return of Sonia Fowler (played by Natalie Cassidy) next week as she is set to stand trial for the murder of Debbie Colwell (Jenny Meier).
Pregnant and still on remand, Sonia begs Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) to help her prove her innocence and tells him how important it is that her sister Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) is there to support her during the trial.
But the real killer Reiss still has Bianca locked up in a storage unit as she know he is the one who murdered his wife.
Sonia is soon left disappointed when both Reiss and Bianca fail to turn up to court. The whole trial is soon adjourned due to Reiss’ latest actions.
