Tottenham will be desperate not to fall victim to a huge upset in the FA Cup later as it makes the trip to non-league side Tamworth.

Ange Postecoglou’s side was handed a huge boost during the week after becoming only the second side to beat Liverpool this season with a 1-0 win in the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final. All that good work though could come crashing down if Spurs slip up today.

The Premier League side will of course be the huge favorite to beat its host today, with Tamworth sitting 96 places below Spurs in the English football pyramid, although the National League side has already sprung a few upsets on the way to the third round.

Tamworth claimed a big scalp by beating League One side Huddersfield in the first round back in November, before repeating the trick a month later after overcoming Burton Albion in a penalty shootout.

A win today though would be even bigger, and undoubtedly the biggest result of the third round if they can pull it off. Here’s everything you need to know if you want to watch the game in the US or the UK.

How to watch the game

Tottenham’s trip to Tamworth is scheduled to kick off at 12:30pm UK time. For US fans, that means an early morning wake-up call to watch the game, with it getting started at 7:30am ET or 4:30am PT.

Fans in the UK will be able to watch the game live on ITV1, with coverage getting underway at 11:45am, while the game can also be streamed live on ITVX. Supporters in the US can stream the game via ESPN+.

Team news

Rodrigo Bentancur is a new injury worry for Tottenham, with the midfielder having been stretchered off in worrying scenes during their win over Liverpool in midweek. The Uruguayan is likely to be out for some time now after suffering a head injury early on in that game.

Guglielmo Vicario, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Destiny Udogie remain out injured, and Richarlison will almost certainly stay on the sidelines with them, although the Brazilian does look to be closing in on a return.

Fraser Forster could return from illness, although he finds his place in goal under threat from new signing Antonin Kinsky, while Pape Sarr and James Maddison are available again after serving suspensions against Liverpool.
