Good Morning Britain took an awkward turn on Wednesday as host Susanna Reid was scolded live on air.
During the latest instalment, Susanna, 54, and co-host Ed Balls spoke to Elon Musk’s dad, Errol Musk, where Susanna was scolded for asking a ‘stupid question’.
Susanna asked Errol, 79, about his son Elon, 53, who is the billionaire owner of X, Tesla and Starlink, as she said: “I’m very interested, Errol, firstly in your analysis of your own son, Elon, is he a genius or completely bonkers?”

To which Errol replied: “Of course he’s a genius, that’s ridiculous, what a stupid question!” as Susanna explained: “Well, people have asked if he is in fact a madman and certainly there’s a degree of madness in being a genius!”
