Love Island’s Chyna Mills has revealed her unusual home, which she shares with fiancé Neil Jones and their young daughter Havana.
Earlier this year, Chyna decided to sell her house to buy a new residence with the Strictly Come Dancing star. However, the family have struggled to find their dream home and have been temporarily living on a boat.
The reality star, who appeared on Love Island in 2022, addressed her unique living situation during a Q&A session. “Why did you sell your house and move onto the boat?” asked a fan.

“I sold my house so me and Neil could buy something together. Neil bought his boat before we got together and now it’s conveniently there for us to stay on while in limbo (annoyingly),” she explained on her Instagram Stories.
“We just haven’t yet found a house we like yet and I also didn’t want to be in a chain because the process of buying a house is hell. So hopefully we find something soon.”
Chyna shared that the boat wasn’t intended as a long-term housing solution, and was instead “supposed to be a holiday home and Airbnb for when we aren’t using it”.

Asked if they use the boat for travelling, Chyna replied: “We are moored at the moment but in the summer we’ll cruise around. And when we find a house it will essentially be a little holiday home.”
Despite their unplanned living situation, the couple were able to spruce up the boat with some festive ornaments chosen by their daughter. In an earlier Instagram video, they shared a glimpse into the cosy abode as they decorated their Christmas tree.
“Creating little Christmas traditions for our family,” read the caption. “Havana picked the little stuffed ornaments! we got so many because they were all so cute. I can’t wait to see her little face on Christmas Day.”
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
