He said: “I’ve never done anything like that before. I’ve done a stone, my belly, flat as a pancake.”

Rylan explained it was a “post-show glow”. The star said: “Cinched in at the sides, that’s me at the minute. That’s what it’s called, you cinch it around the waist.”
After finishing his stint on the stage, Rylan said he jetted off to Spain as part of his next project. Although, it wasn’t all work for Rylan who took mum Linda along as well.
Former X Factor star Rylan returned to the stage alongside comedian and panto favourite Aaron James, who played the role of Silly Simon, actor Neal Wright, whose credits include West End shows such as Mamma Mia! and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Nic Greenshields, who most recently appeared as the Lion in the Wizard of Oz. The cast’s final performance was on January 5.

In a follow-up post, the star wrote: “And just like that… The show was over. Thank you everyone who came to see the show. Truly has been a pleasure. And thank you everyone who worked on the show.”
Rylan told Radio 2 listeners he had a few days off after the weekend. It comes as the star has shown no signs of slowing down in recent weeks, having appeared on BBC Two alongside Rob Rinder in their first ever travel series, hosted a new Paramount+ show, Dating Naked UK, and Amazon Prime reality series, Hot Mess Summer.
